All operations happen locally on your device. Files are never uploaded to any server.
3. Versions
⚠️ Internet Required (Both Versions) — to save files to Downloads, receive shared PDFs, display ads, and verify purchases. Internet is NOT used to upload files.

Data Loss Disclaimer

5. Ad-Free Access Purchases
Payment Processing

- ✓ Access begins immediately after successful purchase
- ✓ Google Play manages all payment processing
Refund Policy
⚠️ NO REFUNDS — Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once completed. All purchases are final. For exceptional cases, contact Google Play support directly.
After Purchase Expiry
- ✓ You can continue using PDF Pilot for free by watching ads
- ✓ All features remain accessible with ad support
- ✓ No data or files are lost when access expires
- ✓ You may purchase any plan again to remove ads
6. Advertising
- 📱 Free version requires watching ads to use features
- ✓ Ads displayed via Google AdMob
- ✗ We don't control ad content
- ✓ Ads comply with Google's policies
- ✓ Remove ads by purchasing ad-free access

Prohibited Uses
- ✗ Creating illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
- ✗ Forging documents with intent to deceive
- ✗ Creating fake certificates or invoices for fraud

- ✗ Processing copyrighted material without authorization
Content Ownership
- ✓ You own all files you create
- ✓ You are responsible for your content
- ✓ You must have rights to process input files
- ✓ Back up important files regularly

PDF PILOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantee of perfect quality, error-free operation, device compatibility, or continuous service.
10. Limitation of Liability
- ✗ We are NOT liable for loss of data or files
- ✗ We are NOT liable for device damage
- ✗ We are NOT liable for business losses
- ✗ We are NOT liable for ad content
- ✗ We are NOT liable for misuse of created content
Total liability is capped at the lesser of the purchase amount paid or $50 USD.
11. Updates
- ✓ We may release updates with new features or fixes
- ✓ We may add, modify, or remove features

- ✓ We may discontinue the app (with notice)
12. Termination
- ✓ Uninstall anytime (back up your files first)
- ✓ Downloads folder files persist after uninstall
